Frequently Asked Questions
Is there an internal website login or dashboard?
No. IC Network does not hold login credentials or client custody. All reporting, balance tracking, and withdrawals are handled directly inside your StarTrader brokerage terminal.
How and when is commission calculated?
Performance commission (30% Silver / 10% Gold) is calculated automatically at the end of each trading day based on net closed profits using a High Water Mark standard. If there is no profit on a given day, no commission is levied.
Are target returns guaranteed?
No. Our strategy targets approximately 50% annual return based on our algorithmic parameters, but all foreign exchange and CFD market participation involves risk of capital loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
How do withdrawals work?
You can request a withdrawal at any time directly through StarTrader. Standard withdrawal processing fees apply (2% on Silver, 1% on Gold).
